This template focuses on improving activation of the rotator cuff, shoulder stability, shoulder external rotation strength, and full pain free motion in order to get you back to crushing gym PR’s like never before. Each of our 6 phases build from the previous one as we layer strength, speed, volume and intensity throughout the program.
