Post Partum Fitness

We know firsthand how challenging bringing a little human into this world can be. Now Citizen Athletics might not look like your typical postpartum fitness program, but the thing is– we both have wives, we both have kids, and we both have shared experiences and professional backgrounds that put us in a great position to create a program that caters to unique and specific postpartum needs.

This program is designed to introduce you to fundamental core activation and pelvic floor exercises that start at a safe and comfortable level, and then slowly build toward more “regular” training. If your goal is to get back to foundational compound strength movements like the squat, deadlift, press, and row, this program is for you.

While this program offers a great bridge back to regular fitness, it is not designed for those with specialized rehabilitation needs. If you are experiencing pelvic pain, abdominal pain, or discomfort beyond what may be considered routine please consider seeking in person help from a qualified medical professional.
