It may be hard to imagine, but these two gym bro’s know what it’s like to try and balance work, exercise, family, and everything else that life has to offer. Sure, it’s always fun to crush PRs in the gym, but most of us use the gym to supplement our lifestyle, not consume it.

We understand that life gets in the way of a perfect training schedule, and that’s okay! Citizen Athletics was created to develop a community of health-forward gym enthusiasts, and we wanted to find a way to support the busy lifestyle that so many of us live.
